Larry Hedenkamp father of two, grandfather of four, Royals fanatic, and passionate Real Estate investor and agent has been doing business in Kansas City since 1983. His first business was Men At Work Enterprises, LLC., which he still owns and operates.
 
Men At Work's mission is to "make Kansas City a more beautiful place to live," and can be seen through the wide range of commercial and residential projects the company has beautified for the past 31 years. Experience in construction has led to Larry's passion for property ownership and management.
 
For the last 12 years, Larry has owned and managed a commercial business park dealing with small business leasing, space renovation, and community development.
